Who we are. Prime Events Group Ltd is the data controller for visitor registration data collected through this site. (Company number 15898348, registered address: 4th Floor Office, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB).

What we collect. Name, work email, job title, company, registration type, industry, optional interest in exhibiting or speaking, and optionally a phone number, plus a record of your consent, your ticket ID, and whether and when you were checked in onsite.

Why we use it. To process your registration and issue your ticket and badge; to send essential event communications (your ticket, badge link and event updates); and for event operations including entry check-in, security and attendance reporting. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in running the event.

Where it's stored and shared. Registration data is held on our own systems. If enabled, the same details are synced to our CRM (HubSpot) to manage event communications. We do not sell visitor data or share it with exhibitors in this version of the system.

How long we keep it. Registration records are kept for the event cycle and deleted or anonymised within 24 months after the event unless you opt in to future communications.

Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing registration@ukpackagingexpo.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
